HAPPY BLACK TRANS HISTORY MONTH!
This Black History Month, Philly Trans March will host the 6th Annual “Philly Black Trans History Panel,” a Community Discussion featuring a few of the city’s most prominent community members.
This event is a celebration of Black Trans Resilience and will serve as an opportunity for local community members, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and accomplices to learn about Philadelphia’s Black Trans History, Past and Present, as well as our hopes and dreams for the future. Community members will be able to connect with local leaders within local Trans communities, have a better understanding about the life experiences of Black Trans individuals in our city, as well as to challenge assumptions, misconceptions, prejudices, and stereotypes.
ASL Interpretation will be provided!
